Joel Marius has been working with many business owners across the county for over 12 years and understands many of the challenges that they face especially when it comes to risk and liabilities. Joel has a passion to help business owners grow, maintain and protect their business. The main reason that Joel co-founded Gusta Insurance is because Joel has noticed that business owners don’t understand the type of insurance that they have, they were sold the wrong insurance product or their business insurance has many gaps which were not properly explained to the business owner. Putting the business owner in a position to cover expenses for liabilities versus having peace of mind thinking that their commercial insurance would be protecting their business. Joel wants business owners to know that Gusta Insurance is not interested on a one time transaction relationship but a long-term commercial insurance relationships. Helping business owners understand their business insurance and that they are properly protected. The more your business grows, the more your business is exposed to liabilities. Joel holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and is Bi-lingual, English-Spanish. 

  Juliana has worked as a Paralegal in a personal injury law firm for 9 years.  Like many individuals, she is also a small business owner who witness people on a daily basis in need of help and knowledge to protect their assets. Working on both side of the stage, Juliana has seen that many of these individuals with autos or commercial insurance are underinsured or uninsured and face challenges when liabilities arise. Her priority is to educate and protect her clients with the right insurance product. She knows the ins and outs of the insurance industry and decided to be an independent insurance agent to help individuals and business owners to obtain insurance policies that will fit their profile and secure their future. Like her husband Joel, Juliana's goal is for her clients to have peace of mind and enjoy full protection. Juliana holds a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.  

Michael Dressel is a true wizard when it comes to finding the realm of commercial employee benefits and medical insurance.  Working now for 20 years in the Health Insurance Industry,  Michael does not just measure his performance based on numbers and dollar signs. He primarily looks at how well his clients are doing, and what their successes are. He works solely in the best interest of his clients and their employees, learning about their needs and then creating programs that match them. Since college graduation, Michael has worked for the major medical insurance companies and brings a ton of experience to the Gusta Team as a commercial insurance specialist who specializes in employee benefits. At Gusta, Michael holds solid partnerships with all the main medical insurance carriers to offer consultative services to his clients while focusing on innovative strategies designed to save companies money and find them full coverage at an affordable price. 

Michael knows that many business owners and employees are concerned about the cost of health care, frustrated with the process of renewing and installing coverage, worried about retaining quality employees and upset about the current climate of health insurance. That’s why Michael provides simple, effective solutions to his clients, helping business owners change their organizations and their employees receive access to quality healthcare.
